Frank Zappa loved to explore sounds, to dissect rhythms. On electric guitar, he was an innovator of tone, a unique long-form improviser, a connaisseur of poly-metrical tension, a feedback controller.
When composing 'Ländler for Zappa', I wasn't keen on emulating FZ. Instead my guideline was: "Could/ would he have liked it?"
From my adolescent years onwards, I have always been a huge Zappa fan. And that's my way of showing it. MS 2024

PS: 'Ländler' is a traditional form of music from the Southern part of Germany
Quite recently, I did a some new performance videos. As now featured on my YT-channel.
From my own guitar works, I got ETÜDE 10 & 12 on tape.
Out of the common repertoire, I made renditions of ›Carora‹ by Lauro, ›Cádiz‹ by Albéniz and ›Mazurka-Chôro‹ by Villa-Lobos. Enjoy.
›Vier Bagatellen‹ for solo guitar was released in June 2022.
